Roasted by us, in Berlin.
Every coffee we give is roasted at our roastery on Boxhagener Straße 82 in Berlin-Friedrichshain, on a PROBAT Probatone 12. Masih Mansouri, our roaster, is a Licensed Q Instructor and Authorized SCA Trainer. We taste every roast before it goes into a bag, and we are a company member of the Specialty Coffee Association.
What we put together.
Whole-bean coffee from Colombia for espresso and filter: Java, Pacamara, Mandela, La Esperanza, Geisha and Decaf. Loose teas in 100 g packs and our Ceremonial Matcha. Or the CEBE Gift Card, so everyone chooses for themselves.
Fresh when it arrives.
We pack each coffee within a day of roasting, in bags with a one-way valve, and send it out as fresh as possible. It rests on its way to you and once it arrives. In our cafés, every coffee rests for at least seven days after roasting before it is ground.
