Whole beans for espresso or filter.

All our coffees come as whole beans, roasted at our roastery in Berlin-Friedrichshain. Here is where we would start.

Pacamara Colombia, 200 g bag, front

For espresso.

Pacamara, Mandela and La Esperanza are medium roasts, recommended for espresso. Our Decaf is a CO₂-decaffeinated medium roast, also recommended for espresso.

For filter.

Java is a light roast, recommended for filter and espresso. Our Geisha from La Esperanza in Valle del Cauca is a coffee for filter.

Colour is not the whole story.

We measure the roast colour of every batch, but a similar colour can taste different. That is why we taste every roast before it goes into a bag.

Keep them fresh at home.

Close the bag after opening, keep it cool and dry, and grind just before you brew.
